Mr. Ivan, owner and CEO of M/s. Guangzhou Rongshen Trading CO. LTD. held a fruitful interaction with China Desk of PBIT at its head office in Lahore. M/s. Guangzhou Rongshen Trading Co. ltd is a 100% Chinese investment and has pledged to setup flavours and fragrance products manufacturing facility in M3 Industrial City, Faisalabad at an area of 4 acres. The expected size of investment is approximately 3 Million USD in the first phase while the project is expected to bring in a total investment of around 7.5 million USD in the future. At this occasion, PBIT appreciated the plans of the company for bringing in new industry into Punjab which shall serve as an import substitution in the flavors and fragrances segment. PBIT also assured Mr. Ivan of complete facilitation for immediate acquisition of land in M3 Industrial City Faisalabad which is a notified SEZ and offers tax free investment. M/s. Ivan appreciated the support extended by the China Desk of PBIT for completion of the ground work for his first visit to Punjab and expediting the decision for investment.
