Pakistan is working tirelessly for the improvement of business climate in the country by focusing on implementation of TFA reforms. In this regard, 7th meeting of Joint Working Group (JWG) on drafting of “The Punjab Commercial Courts Act 2021” was held under the Co-Chairmanship of the Hon’ble Justice Shahid Karim and Hon’ble Justice Jawad Hassan and presided by the Session Judge Ch Saleem DG PJA. Chief Operating Officer PBIT Jalal Hassan, senior Judicial officers, senior lawyers, law experts and other committee members e.g., Law Dept., Industries Dept., P&D PIU, and LHC IT wing, participated in the meeting for their respective inputs.
