Meeting held at the Punjab Board of Investment and Trade with senior members of Pakistan Business Council led by Syed Yawar Ali . They were apprised about the role of facilitation of PBIT in fostering investment and business in the province. The delegates urged the government to work further to on bringing reforms in ease of doing business in the province. Various useful suggestions were exchanged on how to open further trade and investment boundaries with China. Development of liaison between federal, provincial governments and the business community was strongly urged in order to improve the overall business climate in the country. Provision of facilities to the local investors was one of the agendas of discussion.
